Starters
Sate Ayam (Chicken Satay)
Plump skewers of succulent chicken thigh marinated using turmeric and cumin. Caramelised and smoked over open flame, and basted with fragrant lemongrass stalks smothered in peanut oil.
Served with homemade peanut dipping sauce, chucks of fresh cucumber and red onion.

★ Hainan Chicken Rice
Poached free range chicken stuffed with bruised ginger, garlic and spring onion.
Jasmine rice cooked in a the fragrant stock of the chicken.
Served with a sesame and chilli soy sauce dip, and fresh cucumber and coriander.

Kari Kapitan (Malaysian Chicken Curry)
Traditional Malaysian curry of tender chicken and Charlotte potatoes in a spicy coconut sauce cooked with fragrant ginger and lemongrass, punchy dry spices, and sweet cinnamon and star anise.
Served with steamed Jasmine rice.

Kari Laksa Udang (Prawn Laksa)
Juicy prawns, beansprouts and noodles served in a spicy and fragrant coconut curry broth. Finished with fresh coriander, lime and fried onions.

Pineapple and aubergine kari
Sweet fresh pineapple and aubergine cooked in a traditional style Malaysian curry sauce. Rich coconut infused with fragrant lemongrass and ginger, powerful dry spices and sweet cinnamon and star anise.
Served with jasmine rice.

Rendang Daging (Beef Rendang)
Mouth watering curry. Tender chunks of beef slow cooked in an opulent coconut sauce with dry spices and kaffir lime leaves.

Banana pancakes with coconut ice cream
